Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.
Submission Preparation Checklist
Paper is in English. Paper is in one of the following formats: PDF, RTF or ODT.
All pages are of A4 size. The length of the paper does not exceed 10 pages of A4 size (approx. 5000 words) including figures, etc.
An abstract of about 100-200 words and the area(s) under which the paper can be categorized, is included with the paper.
- Paper is in two column format. Title is in single-column format and is centered. Page numbers, headers and footers are not used.
All paragraphs are indented and justified. Margins are set as per instructions in the Paper Template.
Entire document is in Times New Roman or Times font and other fonts if any are used only for special purposes.
Title, headings, table numbers, table captions, figure numbers, figure captions, references etc. have appropriate font, font size, style, capitalization and justification; as per instructions in the Paper Template. No more than 3 levels of headings are used.
Figures and tables are centered and positioned as per instructions in the Paper Template. Figures and Tables are clear and legible both on screen and on a black-and-white hardcopy.
There are no active hypertext links and section bookmarks in the paper. Internet email addresses or URLs (if any) are typed out fully in Regular font.
Author details:
If you are submitting paper for peer-review
All author details including names and affiliations are removed from the paper (because the review will be blind).
If you are submitting the camera ready version after refereeing
Author details are included as per instructions in the paper template, viz.
Author details are in single column format and are centred.
Author details do not show any professional/ academic titles.
Family name is written as the last part of each author name.
Each affiliation includes, at least, the name of the company and the name of the country.
Email address of each author is given.
